REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our botanical skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. All sales are final.

Exceptions: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@divinevesselllc.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Service Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or credit toward future services
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or credit
  • Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable
  • No-shows: Non-refundable

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

Product Refunds: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
